Life is change....

Life is all about changing. When we don't change along with our surroundings we become unmoveable at all.

The year 2010 is about is close, as so are we.

The past three years have been absolutely wonderful. Charlotte and I have made so many milestones in our lives. We've traveled and met many interesting people. We've suffered loss, found new hope, and experienced what many will never find....a profession at abounds in pure happiness everyday.

I found out I could decorate cakes! Who knew? Certainly not me.

It has been my life-long desire to cook and serve the public...a joke around our house...and found it to be every bit as exhausting and excilerating as I had hoped it to be.

As we close our door and say "good-bye", we do so with humble hearts. It is no small thing to please others with your talents. Food is a very personal thing and we have always taken it very seriously.

I want to wish all our friends a healthy, happy and properous New Year.

As for me, I don't know where the wind will blow next, but I intend to pursue life with a venegance!
